The 38th installment of Kobe Shimbun Mikiban's "Academic Inquiry - Introductory Lecture at Kansai International University" series is "Cybersecurity: Analysis and Prevention of Past Crime" by Professor Hiroki Takahashi, who specializes in cybercrime countermeasures.
Professor Hiroki Takahashi wrote in his article that with the development of the IoT (Internet of Things) society, the Internet has become an inseparable part of our daily lives.It was introduced that most of the crimes that occur every day are related to the Internet.
In the lecture, he said that he aims to foster the ability to analyze cyber security measures and initiatives, analyze the background of various incidents and accidents that have occurred in the past, and derive answers that will lead to crime prevention.
