[G Komi Department] How Good Posture Can Contribute to a Successful Presentation

This week our second year students learned the importance of good posture in making a successful presentation.

Posture is the way we position our bodies while sitting or standing (Stafford, 2012).

Stafford (2012) suggests the following to achieve a good posture:

1. Face the audience
2. Plant feet shoulder width
3. Point toes toward the audience
4. Keep back straight and shoulders squared
5. Keep hands and together
