ToThis week our second year students learned the importance of good posture in making a successful presentation.
Posture is the way we position our bodies while sitting or standing (Stafford, 2012).
Stafford (2012) suggests the following to achieve a good posture:
- Face the audience
- Plant feet shoulder width
- Point toes toward the audience
- Keep back straight and shoulders squared
- Keep hands and together
