about plans for the future

2When I was a sophomore, I researched about Adecco Japan in the "Introduction to Business Administration" course.Adecco Japan is a top international human resource management company, but I think there is still a lot of information for foreigners. After graduation, I would like to join a company that I am interested in and contribute to the development of a more international environment.

Recently, in addition to university classes, I took an online human resource management course, and my abilities have improved.I also do online workshops. This semester, I am taking classes related to human resources in Japan, so I would like to do my best to deepen my knowledge.Furthermore, since I am willing to contribute to the international segment, I am conscious of the need to improve my English, especially English conversation. There are also face-to-face workshops, and I've been researching online networking events, and I'm thinking of participating. We will try to make our own skills available before starting job hunting in fourth grade.
