The purpose of this program is to bring together students from partner universities to discuss business topics and issues, develop their own business pitches, and present their ideas.

In holding this conference, 19 students from partner universities overseas and 13 students from Kobe University and Kobe Design University (total number of participants including faculty members: 37) will be in Kobe.11Over the course of the day, participants attended workshops with participating companies, lectures by guest speakers, group work, and training related to entrepreneurship development, such as building entrepreneurial ideas based on the workshops. On the day of the event, students who received entrepreneurship training presented the results of their training on fostering entrepreneurship and startup ecosystems.

Each group made a presentation on the purpose of the new business, analysis of competitors, and methods of starting up a startup. After each award was awarded, the president awarded each participating student a certificate of completion.

One student who participated commented, "I felt the language barrier, so I tried to devise ways to communicate. Because our backgrounds are different, we have different ways of thinking about things. I want to use this experience to look at things from various perspectives in the future." There was a comment saying.

It was impressive that the students thoroughly researched what kind of companies exist in the market, analyzed how they would compete in the market, and were full of confidence.Students with various cultural backgrounds worked together for 11 days, and it must have become an unforgettable memory and achieved results.I hope that this experience will be a great stimulus and lead to future study activities, and that the students will grow even more.At the University of Western Sydney, Australia11I'm planning to take entrepreneur training for a day.

Project Aim

Entrepreneurial activity in Japan is sluggish, and although there are efforts to support ventures, it cannot be said that they have contributed significantly to the revitalization of the Japanese economy. There are several factors for this, one of which is the lack of human resources who aspire to be entrepreneurs. Therefore, in this project, we would like to contribute to the revitalization of society by focusing on cultivating international people with an entrepreneurial mindset, producing students who will start businesses in the future and students who will be active in organizations with an entrepreneurial spirit. I'm here.
