Report on the implementation of the “Job Hunting Startup Guidance” for third-year nursing students in the Faculty of Health Sciences

8Month23of the day (Wednesday)1-2Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences3"Job Hunting Startup Guidance" for first-year students was held online.

Regarding hospital-related employment, which is advancing at an early stage, this time we welcome Mr. Toshitaka Kato from Nippon Cultural Broadcasting Career Partners Co., Ltd., and work on an overview of job hunting, "how to choose a hospital", "self-analysis / self-expression", etc. You explained in a very easy-to-understand way.

Mr. Kato said, "You are not alone. Gathering information and preparing for self-analysis should be done while consulting with family and friends and receiving advice. From there, please do your best to challenge yourself for the actual job hunting." We received encouraging advice from students who were feeling various uncertainties in the flow from practical training to job hunting preparations.

Students commented, "I know exactly what I should do now, so I want to do it right away," and "I learned more about how to choose a hospital, and I'm more motivated to do job hunting." It was a good opportunity to clarify the preparations for all.

The Career Support Office will continue to provide support for each student to achieve their desired career path.
