Participated in the Toyota Foundation 2023 Domestic/Research/International Grant Program Grant Presentation Ceremony
On October 10th (Friday), Toyota Foundation Public Interest Incorporated Foundation's "2023The 9 Domestic, Research, and International Grant Program Grant Presentation Ceremony was held at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo, where Professor Yasuo Kawawaki of the University's Department of Psychology presented the project "Joint Development of Citizen Disaster Prevention Empowerment Program in Asia," which was eligible for an international grant. I participated as a representative.The presentation ceremony was attended by representatives from 148 domestic grant programs (4 applications), 82 research grant programs (8 applications), and 122 international grant programs (XNUMX applications) selected this year. A gift certificate was then presented.
Following the presentation ceremony, kickoff meetings were held for each program.Project members from Japan and overseas also participated in the meeting online, and representatives from each project introduced the project details.At the social gathering that followed, a heated discussion took place between the projects and the possibility of future cooperation to resolve common issues.
