The 2023 Founding Commemoration Symposium was held.

The founding commemorative symposium is held primarily for first-year students as part of the so-called self-education program, in which students learn about the school's founding spirit, history, and social role.This year, we invited Mr. Takuya Nomura, President and Representative Director of Super Station Co., Ltd., and held the event with the theme of "Challenge Possibilities."

At the symposium, President Hamana gave an explanation about the university's founding spirit, history, and educational philosophy, followed by a lecture by Takuya Nomura on the theme of ``New ideas are what makes us happy, fun, and interesting.'' did.

After the lecture, our university students Akihiro Hirai (3rd year, Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Business Administration), Arashi Shimizu (2nd year, Department of Tourism, Faculty of International Communication), and Ms. Omori Shiga (2nd year, Department of Education and Welfare, Faculty of Education) took the stage as panelists. . The students gave a presentation on the theme of "Challenge" and conveyed a message to first-year students about the importance of taking a step forward.

I don't often have the opportunity to speak about my experiences on stage, so it was a very valuable experience for me.
