By reflecting on one's own accomplishments, the effect of becoming more aware of one's own value is enhanced.Also, by looking back on experiences in which you were grateful to others while working, you will be able to affirm where you are now.He said that by not taking small successes for granted and looking back on gratitude, you will be able to more clearly feel the sense of purpose in your daily work.
