Jointly developed “Autumn Cake”, a collaboration and cooperation agreement project with Hotel Vischio Amagasaki

Our university and Hotel Vischio Amagasaki (President Etsuko Oya) jointly developed ``Autumn Cake'' to be sold at the hotel's cafe and restaurant West River.

Our university and the hotel entered into a comprehensive collaboration agreement in February 2022 with the aim of creating a future society that emphasizes the "well-being" of the local community, and this cake development is part of that project. As part of this project, students from the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Business Administration, who are part of the internship program, and the hotel worked together to plan and develop the project.

Sweet potato, chestnut, and nankin cake that feels like autumn

A cake where you can enjoy the taste of autumn with Ebisu pumpkin cream and Japanese chestnut cream sandwiched between a sponge kneaded with Ebisu pumpkin paste and topped with Daigakuimo-style Naruto Kintoki, candied chestnuts, and fresh cream.

Autumn fruit rare cheesecake

A cake where you can enjoy the sweetness and texture of the fruit and the freshness of the rare cheese, with pear cofiture inside a dome-shaped rare cheese mousse and topped with fresh cream, fresh Japanese pears, and persimmons.

Sales period: October 2023, 10 (Friday) - November 13, 11 (Thursday) 30:11-30:20
