Mr. Ikuo Kobayashi
This year marks the 29th anniversary of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.
On January 1rd, Professor Ikuo Kobayashi, who has long been involved in town development and earthquake recovery, gave a lecture on earthquake recovery and community reconstruction. The participating students listened intently to the content of the lecture.
Most current university students have not experienced what it was like back then in real time. We took this opportunity to listen to this valuable information in preparation for disasters that may occur somewhere in the future.
