Kobe Shimbun <Academic Exploration (47) Kansai International University Introductory Course> Lecturer Mami Numata: "Gently put aside your emotional wounds and don't rush."

The 47th installment of the Kobe Shimbun Mikiban "Academic Exploration - Introductory Lectures at Kansai International University" series features lecturer Mami Numata, whose main research theme is social psychology, "Gently put emotional wounds aside and don't rush."

In the article, lecturer Mami Numata explains that painful feelings arise when a hurtful experience occurs in interpersonal relationships, but it is known that letting go of painful feelings has a positive effect on maintaining mental health.
