A global study debriefing session was held

The debriefing session included students and alumni who did not participate in Global Studies.

Global studies are the pillar of overseas experiential learning at Kansai International University, and are one of the most educationally effective programs that deepen students' learning. The students study in advance, work on-site, and when things don't go as planned, they use teamwork to make improvements and learn a lot.

The global study general report meeting is where students reflect on their experiences and learning in the field and report and present the results.

In his opening address, President Atsushi Hamana will present today (externalization) what he has summarized and reflected on during the post-study study about his experiences and learnings in the field (internalization), but during the Q&A session, he will answer questions from others. They expressed the view that the cycle of thinking about ideas and opinions (re-internalization) will further deepen your learning, and I hope that there will be a lively exchange of opinions at today's debriefing session. , he encouraged the students.

The students presented their experiences and research results in a poster session format based on different themes, and explained the challenges and countermeasures in detail using a variety of methods such as flowcharts, graphs, photos, and videos.

After the presentations, a lively question-and-answer session and exchange of opinions took place, further deepening the students' learning.

Director Kawawaki of the Global Education Center and Dean Muneta of the Faculty of International Communication emphasized the high praise and importance of global studies, and Vice President Ashizawa expressed his expectations for the students' future learning and growth.
