A traditional Chinese translation of Professor Masahiko Yokoyama's (Faculty of International Communication) book "English Hanon/Beginner" was published in May 2024. It is on sale in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.

Comments from Professor Yokoyama
The title of the Chinese version is "Kokuyi Liuhua," which means "deliberate practice." Deliberate practice is known as a common practice method used by the world's top people, the best in various fields. I am truly pleased that the English learning method we advocated in "English Hanon" has been recognized as deliberative practice and is being put into practice in Asian countries other than Japan.
Professor Yokoyama is currently the head of the foreign language education department at our university, and is developing new curricula and teaching materials for the basic English courses that will be implemented from 2025. Please look forward to our new English education, which will be rolled out from next year.
