In the PBL (problem-solving) class "Project Management Seminar II," a required subject for second-year students in the Department of Business Administration, we implemented an "Entrepreneur Research" program to investigate and study the accomplishments of famous business leaders in Japan. Each group selected an entrepreneur to study, and after conducting preliminary research using books, etc., they visited a related corporate museum in mid-June.

Each group visited corporate museums related to the entrepreneurs they were researching, such as the Konosuke Matsushita History Museum, the Esaki Memorial Museum, and the Momofuku Ando Invention Museum, and actually researched the careers and achievements of each entrepreneur. The results of their research were presented by group, and on July 7th, awards were given to the best groups from each seminar.

This comprehensive program covers both the theory and knowledge of business management learned in classes and books, and the practical side of entrepreneurs overcoming challenges and difficulties to lead their businesses to success. Through this program, students will learn the fascinating and profound aspects of business management.
