Regarding investigation into network (Wi-Fi) delays

To students

 If you experience any delays when using the University Wi-Fi, please contact Media Support so we can investigate.

The investigation will be intensified from July 2024 onwards, with priority being placed on investigations during this period.

Please tell the media support staff the following:

 1) Place and time

 ② Connected device (PC/smartphone, etc.)

 3) Services used during the delay (WebClass, video viewing, etc.)

Furthermore, the university's Wi-Fi is installed in spaces intended for use during classes and self-study.

Please note that communication will become unstable if you are far away from the access point.
