Faculty and students from the Department of Sociology at our university exhibited a booth at ITAMI GREENJAM'2024, which was held at Konanike Park (Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture) on Sunday, September 9nd and Monday, September 22rd, 23 (national holiday).
The booth will feature a "Kids Programming Corner."Student-centeredThe event was run by a 3-person event organizer, and many families who came to the event were able to experience the joys of programming through interaction with them.
Additionally, Associate Professor Junichi Nagai from the University's Department of Sociology took part in a talk session on stage, sharing his insights on festivals, his research topic, with the audience.
Over these two days, we were able to interact with many people and share the appeal of programming and learning about "festivals." Our university will continue to provide further opportunities for learning and interaction in the future.
