Our university's brass band was founded this year.4For the first time in 10 years4All students in the grade will be participating in the competition. The set piece is "Fairy Tale" (composed by Itaru Sakai), and the free piece is "Selection from the comic opera "Land of Smiles" (F. Composed by Lehar/They took up the piece (arranged by Suzuki Hidefumi) and received guidance from conductor Mr. Tanimoto, ensemble trainer Mr. Takanashi, and the trainers for each instrument, and worked to improve each individual's performance technique and create a rich sound.
On the day of the concert, the students demonstrated the results of their daily practice by delivering a relaxed and composed performance, and the judges praised them for their "rich expressiveness and beautiful sound."
