[Public Lecture] "Workshop for CARE™ Professionals" held

"CAREIsChild-Adult Relationship Enhancement" is an abbreviation for "Parenting Programs Born from a Trauma-Informed Perspective, which Allows Students to Experience and Learn Important Parenting Skills That Will Help Them Build Better Relationships with Their Children" (General Incorporated AssociationCARE-Japan"HP(than usual).

 In this course, Professor Emeritus of Kobe College, CARETMWe welcomed certified facilitator and trainer Tomoko Kuniyoshi, and the theme was "Practical and practical CARE for childrenTM"Acquisition of the skills" was featured.

 As a forum for sharing practical skills, the first half of the seminar focused on "important skills for building warmer relationships with children," while the second half focused on "important skills for giving effective instructions so that children will listen." Particularly appealing was the introduction of specific examples that could be used immediately in the workplace.

 This workshop is titled "Reiwa6The workshop was also implemented as part of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's "Project to Increase and Promote the Appeal of Early Childhood Education Jobs by Supporting Career Development through Universities and Other Institutions" in fiscal year 2019, and was attended by many professionals who work with children, such as nursery teachers and kindergarten teachers. Psychological professionals also participated from afar, and we were able to work on a variety of scenarios from a variety of perspectives, making it a very meaningful workshop.

 

"CARETMFor ProfessionalsWorkshop"CARETMThis is a formal course for professionals, and participants will receive a certificate of participation.CAREYou will be qualified to put your skills into practice.

 In order to deepen relationships with children, we must review communication in general and improve it in our daily lives.CAREThis program will allow participants to gain hands-on experience in the skills required to incorporate the skills required for children to be used in a variety of situations, not only by professionals who work with children, but also by adults who interact with children.
