On Saturday, November 30th, a "Job Hunting Orientation Seminar" for second-year students was held at the Kobe Co Creation Center in Kobe Sannomiya Center Plaza. This seminar was held to prepare students one step ahead for the early recruitment activities, and was attended by second-year students from each campus who are looking to find work in companies.
First, President Hamana gave words of encouragement for job hunting. In the "Early Job Offer Guidance," a representative from Career-Tas Co., Ltd. was invited to speak about what second-year students can do and should do even now.

In the subsequent panel discussion and roundtable discussion with the accepted fourth-year students, the seniors spoke about their job hunting experiences and offered individual advice and messages to their juniors.
In addition, the second-year students took part in a packed program of activities, including an interview demonstration by a senior student, practical group discussions, and group work practice.

Students who participated in the program said things like, "I was able to get a good image of what I need to do to find a job," "Listening to the stories of my seniors helped me understand what I should prioritize," and "I thought I still had plenty of time for job hunting, but I was able to change my mindset and realize that I need to start preparing early."
