In the quiz on the theme of "Disaster prevention in daily life," students rearranged cards they had made themselves to find out the shelf life, calories, and cooking time of emergency food.

We all thought about it.

There were also occasions when local residents spoke about their experiences during the earthquake and actively exchanged opinions.

The students gained a keen understanding of the difficulty of planning an event from scratch and publicizing it.

However, the success of the event gave them a great sense of accomplishment and it was a valuable experience.

In the third-year welfare studies major seminar PBL, we are conducting "disaster prevention smartphone" and "disaster prevention salon" activities with the theme of "creating a safe community where no one is left behind even in the event of a disaster."

The "Disaster Prevention Salon" is a space designed to provide a fun opportunity to discuss disaster prevention in everyday life.
