The study results showed that the Kizuna Cafe Carillon, run by nursing faculty and students, is highly satisfying for participants, that participants look forward to interacting with students, and that participating in the carillon helps improve participants' health. We felt that these results were the result of the efforts of nursing faculty and students who planned and managed the carillon based on the needs of the participants. The participants of the Kizuna Cafe are also seniors in life for the students, and we feel that they have taught the students many valuable lessons through their interactions. We would like to continue to operate the carillon in cooperation with nursing faculty and students so that the Kizuna Cafe Carillon can continue to function as a place for participants to interact with each other and with students, a place that helps improve health and quality of life, and a valuable learning opportunity for students. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to all the participants who cooperated in this study.
