Procedures for accelerating monthly payments away from home for candidates for the 2025 Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) scholarship program

We are pleased that you have passed the entrance exam to our university. All of our faculty and staff look forward to welcoming you to our university.

Now, at the Japan Student Services Organization,7(2025We are accelerating the payment of the monthly allowance for students who will be enrolled in the academic year 2019. This system is for students who have completed the procedures for commuting away from home before enrolling and wish to receive the monthly allowance for the scholarship from the month of the first transfer.

If you wish to apply, please refer to the attached documents, prepare the necessary documents, and mail them to the Scholarship Office in the Student Affairs Division by the deadline.

As usual, you can still complete the procedures for commuting away from home after enrolling.

If you have any questions, please contact the Student Affairs Division of the campus where you plan to enter.

 Handling of Early Payment of Monthly Payment Outside Home

After submitting the necessary documents within the deadline, you will attend a reservation information session for new students.4Month7Application information must be completed by Monday, January 1st. Students must attend the information session in person. If there are any defects in the documents, the application will be reviewed after enrollment.

Eligible persons

Candidates for Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) scholarships who have been accepted for admission to our university.

Out-of-home commuting certificate

A copy of all pages of the “rental contract” for the apartment, etc., in which the name of the person is listed as the contractor or resident

*For those who will be staying in the Yuai Dormitory, the university will prepare a dormitory certificate, so please fill in the form ①

※Notes

・Even if the above documents are complete and submitted within the deadline,4Month7If you are unable to complete the entry by Monday,4Please note that the scholarship money will not be transferred to you on Mondays.

・Until the review of the submitted proof of commuting away from home is completed without any issues, payment will be made at the "home monthly allowance" rate.

・If the review reveals that you are commuting away from home, monthly allowances for commuting away from home will be paid retroactively.

For those who are unable to prepare the documents within the submission period, you will need to submit the necessary documents after enrollment and after entering the school enrollment form as usual.

Please submit the documents to the Student Affairs Division, Scholarship Office.

・If there are any changes after submitting your application documents (changes in commuting method, name, address, etc.), please contact us immediately.
