[Volunteer Recruitment] Notice of volunteer recruitment for the "Nishinari Ward Communication Support Project for Children Returning to or Coming to Japan"

The Nishinari Ward Office Health and Welfare Division is looking to recruit communication supporters for children returning to or coming from Japan.

Nishinari Ward is looking for supporters to help students at the city's elementary and junior high schools who have returned from overseas or who have come to Japan with their foreign parents and who are not accustomed to Japanese lifestyles and customs in school life.

Activities

・ Support for students who have returned from overseas and students who have come to Japan with foreign parents in their school life, and promote understanding among other students
(Example) Support for school activities (study support, after-school activities, school events, etc.)
   Support for extracurricular activities (field trips, social studies field trips, etc.)

<schedule>

Between 8:17 and XNUMX:XNUMX on weekdays, to be determined after coordination with the school.
*Activities will vary depending on the content of classes and may be irregular.

<Implementation place>

Osaka City elementary and junior high schools in Nishinari Ward

<subject>

・ We welcome applicants who have understanding and knowledge of children and students returning to Japan and those coming to Japan.
・ Foreign language qualifications are not required, but it is preferable to be able to speak everyday Japanese (to ease students' concerns)

<treatment>

Remuneration: 1,100 yen/hour

Transportation expenses: Up to 1 yen per activity

Volunteer insurance: self-paid
