The 2025 graduation ceremony was held at the Kobe International House International Hall on Thursday, March 3, 13.
599 undergraduate students and 11 graduate students embarked on new paths.
At the ceremony, each student received their diploma directly from the President, followed by the presentation of the President's Award, Excellence in Academic Performance Award, Merit Award, Extracurricular Activities Award, and external organization awards.
President Atsushi Hamana said,In his speechHeartfelt words of congratulations were given to the graduates.Next, guest of honor Daisuke Kimura (a Waseda University alumnus and Associate Professor at the School of Education, Faculty of Education and Integrated Arts and Sciences, Waseda University) delivered a congratulatory address. After the telegrams were read, Sae Yoshida, a student from the Department of Sociology, School of Sociology, represented the graduating class and looked back on her four years of student life, expressing her gratitude to her teachers and friends. Finally, all attendees joined the chorus circle in singing the school song to the accompaniment of the school's brass band, creating a moment of unity.
