This class is useful for the current job hunting process.3Since participating in an "internship" during the summer vacation every year is extremely important for getting a job offer early, this course was started last year as a career education course in the summer semester to prepare and confirm students' progress just before the internship.3A total of approximately100Name has taken the course.
Students15During Koma's class,2While reviewing what you have learned in your career education courses and experience-based learning,PRStudents learned the know-how necessary for job hunting, such as creating resumes, researching the industry, mock interviews, group discussions, and business etiquette, and prepared for internships and job hunting.
3On the day,4Early acceptances for students8We will provide an opportunity for people to interact with each other.3The students listened intently to the experiences and passionate messages of their seniors. In particular, all of the early acceptance students said, "It's important to keep taking action from an early stage," and this time turned on the switch for them.3There seemed to be a lot of first graders.
On the final day, a practical experiential learning opportunity was created to sum up the three days, and participants actually met with a human resources manager from a company.10We invited the company to conduct industry research. The students deepened their work perspective, focusing on the meaning and purpose of work, their values and perspectives on specific occupations, the criteria for choosing a specific occupation, and their understanding of that occupation.

Students who participated commented, "It was a very intense and fulfilling four days." "It was great to hear from students who had received early job offers and hear their opinions from the perspective of a fellow student." "My enthusiasm for internships has increased, and I plan to participate in as many internships as possible this summer." "My motivation for job hunting has increased, and I was able to understand how my university seniors acted to secure job offers." It appears that the time spent in the program was extremely meaningful for the students.
We also heard many positive comments about the program from international students, such as, "It was helpful to learn tips to make job hunting easier," "I now have a clearer idea of the values and career direction I really want to pursue, which has given me more confidence for my future job hunt," and "The content was extremely useful for modern job hunting. I would like to put the knowledge and skills I gained from this course to use in my future job hunt and career path."
We hope that the participating students will maintain this high level of motivation and approach future internships and job hunting with confidence.
