1. Front desk work
When guests arrived at the hotel, I greeted them politely with a smile and helped them check in and out. I learned basic customer service terminology and etiquette, and realized the importance of front desk work.

2. Room cleaning
I made the beds in the guest rooms, changed towels, replenished amenities, etc. I learned that cleaning is not just about appearance, but is also very important in creating a space where guests can feel comfortable.

3. Acquiring customer service etiquette
I experienced serving food to customers and table service. I learned the importance of small tasks such as how to walk, hold a tray, place food, pull out a chair, and even guide customers and operate the elevator.

4. Learn from instruction
I received a lot of advice from the staff, including General Manager Norihiko Sumimoto, Executive Manager Takehiro Yodoi, and Nguyen Duc Hanh, a graduate of our university who mainly works at the front desk. I was able to learn firsthand the valuable experience and knowledge that can only be gained on the job, which has become a valuable asset that will help me grow in the future.

5.Table manners training
The manager personally instructed me on proper dining etiquette, including how to use a fork and knife, proper posture, and proper table etiquette, all of which are practical knowledge that is essential for working adults.

6. Sightseeing around the hotel
There are many tourist spots around the hotel, and I had the opportunity to actually visit them. I realized that in order to guide customers, it is necessary to know the attractions of the area, and I experienced the connection between tourism and service.

7. Closing Remarks
At the end of the internship, I expressed my gratitude to all the staff. What I learned through this experience is an important asset that I can use in my future life and work. Thank you very much for giving me this valuable opportunity.
