Managerial (including practical) duties in university administration (Academic Affairs Department, International Affairs Department, Admissions Department, and Public Relations Department).
Based on the principle of collaboration between teachers and staff,You will be responsible for the work of your department or center, as well as administrative, supervisory and management duties (including practical work) within the division.
Your assignment and responsibilities will be determined based on your career, skills, and aptitude.

● Treatment
- Estimated annual income: 450 million to 600 million yen
- Base salary: 189,600 yen and up *Base salary for first-year graduates. Base salary will be determined taking into account work history and experience.
- Adjustment allowance 5% of base salary
- Position allowance Paid based on position
- Family allowance 16,000 yen for spouse, 5,000 yen for children, etc.
- Housing allowance Half of the rent is paid up to 1,000 yen for owners and 25,000 yen for renters.
- Summer bonus, year-end bonus (last year's results)3.95month/first year prorated)
- Commuting allowance up to 1 yen per month
*Employees with more than one year of service will receive a retirement allowance.
