On November 12, 2025, international students from our universityWe participated in the "International Exchange Program" organized by Hyogo Prefectural Kawanishi Meiho High School (https://www.hyogo-c.ed.jp/~meiho-hs/).
This program, which is held at the school every year to coincide with the UNESCO Charter Day, invites international students from several partner universities, and a total of eight international students from our university participated.
Through active interaction with high school students, the students cultivated a global perspective and communication skills. The program was packed with content, with themes set for each grade, as follows:
・Interaction with third-year high school students: Opening ceremony, school introduction by high school students, ice-breaker
・Interaction with second-year high school students: Cultural exchange presentations and workshops
・Interaction with first-year high school students: Japanese culture experience presentation
Through this international exchange program
For both our students and Kawanishi Meiho High School students,It was a very meaningful experience, where people from diverse backgrounds interacted with each other, practicing communication that transcends language barriers, and deepening their understanding of the global society.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone at Hyogo Prefectural Kawanishi Meiho High School for providing us with this valuable opportunity.
Going forward, our university will continue to contribute to the development of global human resources through collaboration with the local community and schools.
