The 66th installment of the Kobe Shimbun Miki edition's "Academic Exploration - Introductory Courses at Kansai International University" series is an article by Professor Teramura Takeshi of the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, about "Rehabilitation Support: Creating a Safe and Secure Coexistence Society."

In the article, Professor Teramura Takeshi, who has been involved in recidivism prevention measures for many years as a psychological technician at the Ministry of Justice, states that rehabilitation support is an important initiative that fulfills the responsibility to prevent recidivism and repair damage, enables people to rejoin society and rebuild their lives, and is essential for realizing a safe and secure society where we can coexist together.
