Future Network of International Universities

The Society aims to create an educational and research environment that nurtures a broad perspective and a tolerant mind, with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in its scope, centered on universities with the word “international” that attract students from all over the world. In order to achieve this, we will organize a forum (wide-area network) to share awareness of issues and discuss cooperation, and strengthen efforts to address common issues by making use of the intellectual resources of member universities and regional characteristics. The purpose is to contribute to the enhancement of higher education suitable for the global era, the development of local communities, and the enhancement of the brand power of universities with the word "international".The following seven business activities are listed.

1. Collaborative projects with universities, etc. that support educational research activities at universities, etc.
2. International student support project that supports the lives and activities of foreign students in the event of a disaster
3. SDGs contribution projects that carry out initiatives for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
4. Information dissemination project that conducts activities to publicize member universities, etc. domestically and internationally
5. Student activity support project that provides support for student event activities, etc.
6. Faculty and staff development project to jointly host SDs and conduct personnel exchanges
7. Other business necessary to achieve the purpose of the preceding article
