About application
At our university, we will give priority to deliver information on various public lectures and workshops.Membership registration system” has been introduced.
You can apply for public lectures even if you are not registered as a member.In addition, if you have registered as a member and selected "Necessary" in the guidance mail column on the registration screen, we will give priority to sending you the latest information guidance mail.

Precautions and requests at the time of application and after application
- When applying, in addition to your email address, please register multiple contact information such as landline/mobile phone numbers, fax numbers, and work place.
- After you apply, most of the normal communications (including emergency communications) from the university will be sent by email, so please make sure that your registered email address is not blocked.
- Depending on the situation, we may contact you by various means, such as landlines, mobile phones, faxes, or contacting your workplace.
Examples of emergency contact
Immediately before the start of the course, the course may be canceled due to an approaching typhoon, weather warnings, suspension of transportation, illness of the instructor, etc.In the past, there have been cases in which such prompt communication was required.
After applying, please register the email address and phone number of the university's contact information on your mobile phone/smartphone so that you will not receive or refuse to receive communications from the university, or be delayed or unable to receive confirmation of receipt. We ask for your cooperation in creating a situation where prompt communication is possible.

Member benefits
- We will give priority to information about public lectures.
- Priority will be given to members when students are selected by lottery.
Registration
- You will be asked to register your name, address, etc., but we will not use it for purposes other than administering this public lecture and providing information on events such as public lectures at our university.
- Registration fee and annual membership fee are free.
- An email address is required for registration. Please be sure to be able to receive emails from our university (exc@kuins.ac.jp and kouza@kuins.ac.jp).
- Registrants are responsible for managing their email addresses and passwords.
- If there is any change in the registered information, please be sure to correct it from "Member information change".
- If you do not need information on public lectures from our university, please set it to "Not required" on the change screen.
- If you do not use it for a certain period of time, your registered information will be automatically deleted.

- Please enter your email address correctly.
- Please be aware that there have been many email sending errors due to input errors.

- During the recruitment period, if you notice an error in the registered information after completing the application and wish to change it, your registered information will be deleted only if you contact us by phone on a weekday during the recruitment period.Please re-apply before the application deadline.
