Consultation application flow
Phone application
- Consultations are by appointment only, so please call in advance to make a reservation.
(We cannot accept consultations if you come without a reservation.) - In addition, there are periods when the library is closed during the summer and New Year holidays.
- After you apply, we will contact you by phone within 1-2 weeks to schedule your first interview.
First interview
The person in charge will be decided after 1-2 weeks.
- If necessary, we may refer you to a more appropriate agency.

If you would like to consult with us, please make an appointment by phone first.
Reservation application by phone
The receptionist will ask you about the following.
- Name, age, address, telephone number (contact method), occupation
- Dates and times when you can come for consultation
- Summary of consultation content

Notification of interview date
After receiving your application by phone, the person in charge of the initial interview will contact you by phone to schedule an interview.
Please note that it may take 1-2 weeks for us to contact you about your first interview date.
First interview
The first interviewer will ask you for more details about your consultation.
Contact for psychological interview
After the initial interview, we will contact you by phone to schedule a psychological interview (date and time, etc.).
Psychological interview begins
Psychological interviews will be held on a regular basis, with the day and time arranged with the counselor in charge.
Notes on consultation
- We will strictly protect the confidentiality of your consultation.
- If you are receiving treatment, consultation, or counseling at another medical institution or counseling institution, please apply after obtaining the consent of your doctor or interviewer.In some cases, we may ask for a letter of introduction.
- Depending on the content of your consultation, we may introduce you to other specialized institutions such as medical institutions.
- This center is not a medical institution and is not covered by health insurance.
- If you are coming by car, please let us know when you make a reservation.
