About various certificates

If you wish to issue a certificate, please be sure to check the procedures and precautions before applying.

*Certificates for graduates of Kansai Jogakuin Junior College, Kobe Yamate University, and Kobe Yamate (Women's) Junior College are also issued by Kansai International University.

※※Issuance feePayment must be made in advance. If you come to pick up the item without paying, the certificate will not be issued and will be delivered the next day.

*[Counter closed period during Golden Week]: April 2024, 4 (Monday) and May 29, 5 (Friday) to May 3, 5 (Monday)

About certificate issuance

An issuance fee of 1 yen per copy is required.

*1 Cannot be issued from March to April (If you have not taken a health check, we will not be able to issue it after May)

*2 If you expect to obtain multiple licenses, please write them together in principle.

*3 After payment and identity verification, please complete the following:Miki Campus Academic Affairs DivisionPlease submit in advance. (Can be mailed)

○Original copy of the clinical psychologist examination qualification certificate

• If you wish to have your package sealed in a sealed envelope, please write ``Request for a sealed envelope'' in the notes section of the application page.
• As a general rule, your name will be issued under your name when you were enrolled in school. (If your last name has changed after graduation)
• Please allow plenty of time for your application, as it may take longer than the stated number of days during holidays, summer and winter holidays, or during the busy season from March to April.

Pick up at counter

• Please pay for the certificate online in advance before the pick-up date.
• Please present your ID (student ID if you are a current student).

• If you are picking up the package through a proxy, identification of both the proxy and the person will be required.

Receipt by mail

• Please be sure to fill in the mailing address field on the application page.  
• Please enter the required information on the application page, then pay online and confirm your identity. The item will be shipped as soon as both are confirmed.
