After working in teams, I had an opportunity to share my ideas with the teacher, but I regretted that I was not able to explain myself well enough to convey my thoughts accurately. I realized while working with diverse members and listening to presentations by local students that no matter how brilliant an idea is, it is meaningless if it is not communicated effectively.

Throughout this program, I worked hard to communicate ideas to other people. I used to believe that coming up with good ideas was everything when working with teammates in college and during internships. During a casual conversation with a teacher, my views changed.

After gaining this insight, not only did I consciously strive to convince the audience during the final presentation, but I also explained my views from various perspectives to ensure that everyone on the team understood the essence of the ideas. As a result, I received compliments from my teammates and the entrepreneurial professor.
