Precautions regarding taking the exam

Be late
If you are late, please follow the instructions of the staff.However, those who are late for more than 30 minutes after the start of the test will not be allowed to take the test.

The interview time will be announced on the day of the test.If there are a large number of test takers, there may be a long waiting time, so please arrive with plenty of time to return home.

- No one other than the examinee can enter the examination room.There is a waiting room for attendants, so please wait according to the instructions of the staff.
- There is no clock in the examination room.Please prepare by yourself.However, dictionaries, clocks with calculators, mobile phones, etc. are prohibited.Also, if your watch has an alarm, please cancel the alarm in advance.
- Please bring your own lunch if required.
Until the day before the test
Preparation of writing utensils, etc. to bring
- Admission ticket (Comprehensive selectionPlease be sure to bring your entry slip for the entrance examination.
- Writing utensils must be HB black pencils (ballpoint pens, fountain pens, felt-tip pens, etc. cannot be used).Mechanical pencils can only be used for filling in written answer sheets, taking notes, and for calculations.
- Erasers are limited to plastic.
- You cannot use underlays, rulers, abacuses, calculators, or stopwatches.Pencil sharpeners can be used, except electric ones, large ones, and knives.
- As for watches, devices with calculation functions, dictionary functions, communication functions, such as mobile phones, smartphones, and wristwatch-type terminals cannot be used.
- If you wish to use throws, tissue paper, handkerchiefs, eye drops, or hearing aids (except FM type), please ask the supervisor and follow the supervisor's instructions.
- Earplugs cannot be used as they may not be able to hear the supervisor's instructions.
Exam day
① Entering the examination room and taking a seat
- Please enter the designated examination room by the explanation start time 20 minutes before the start of the examination.
- The applicant number is displayed on the desk, so please take a seat after confirming the number.
- Candidates who arrive 30 minutes or more late after the start of each examination at each examination room will not be allowed to take the examination.note that,Comprehensive selectionIn the case of the entrance examination, in principle, those who are late for the examination start time will not be able to take the examination.If you will be late for some reason, please contact the university first.
- Please put the admission ticket on your desk.If you forget it, please inform the staff.
- On the day of the exam, please bring your own lunch if necessary.There are cafeterias, etc. at the venue of the university, but they are not open on the day of the examination.
② During and after the exam
- We will explain about the exam every hour.Before the start of the exam, enter the exam room by the designated time and follow the instructions of the supervisor.
- You will not be allowed to leave the room during the exam time (if you feel unwell, please notify the supervisor).Please follow the supervisor's instructions when leaving the room after the end of the session.
- If you do not follow the supervisor's instructions, it will be considered cheating and you will be disqualified from taking the exam.
- Daily noise during the exam (aircraft, railroad, automobile, wind and rain, construction, air-conditioning sounds, coughing, sneezing, sneezing sounds of examinees nearby, short-term ringing of mobile phones, clocks, etc., flashing lights) , chimes from surrounding buildings, etc.), as a general rule, no special measures will be taken.
About mark sheet
Open recruitment entrance examinations, general selection entrance examinations, and English interview-based entrance examinations use the mark-based answer method. .The machine will directly read and grade the part marked by the examinee on the mark sheet (answer sheet).Please pay close attention to the following points.
- Be sure to use a black pencil of HB or higher for marking (mechanical pencils, ballpoint pens, etc. cannot be used).
- If you want to correct an area that has already been marked, erase it completely with a plastic eraser and then mark it again.
- Please handle the mark sheet carefully so as not to bend, tear, or stain it.
