About entering the dormitory

Admission procedure
A new
  1. Those who wish to move into the dormitory for the first time should submit a dormitory application form (form 1-1 for current students, form 1-2 for new students) and a dormitory selection record (form 1-3) to the administration manager of the university.
  2. The dormitory acceptance will be determined based on a comprehensive judgment of the documents submitted by the applicant and the results of the interview with the applicant conducted at the date and time specified by the university. (Form 3) will be issued.
  3. Those who are permitted to enter the dormitory must submit a dormitory notice (Form 4), a written pledge (Form 3), and documents related to account transfer of dormitory fees to the university administrator by the designated date.
  4. The entrance fee (20,000 yen) and the dormitory fee (61,000 yen) for the month you move in will be collected (account transfer) on the 27th of the month before you move in. (If the 27th is a bank holiday, it will be the bank business day before the 27th.)
Continued
  1. If you wish to stay in the dormitory continuously, please submit an application for continued dormitory (Form 5) to the administrator of the university.
  2. The dormitory will be selected based on a comprehensive assessment of the documents submitted by the applicant who wishes to continue living in the dormitory, the results of the interview with the applicant who wishes to continue living in the dormitory at the date and time specified by the university, and the dormitory life attitude at the time of entering the dormitory. Dormitory management rules

1) Dormitory students must comply with the following living standards.

  1. Bathing and showering should be used responsibly and responsibly.
  2. Cooperate in cleaning the inside and outside of your room and dormitory.
  3. Do not let anyone other than dormitory students enter the dormitory without permission.If you have permission, you can meet at the designated place.
  4. Gatherings and postings in the dormitory must be approved by the administration manager.
  5. Use the dormitory display name tag to clarify whether you are in the room or out.
  6. You are responsible for managing your belongings and locking your room.
  7. Underage drinking and smoking outside of designated areas are prohibited in the dormitory.
  8. When bringing electrical appliances into the room, consider the electrical capacity.
  9. Please pay attention to the volume of audio equipment at night so as not to disturb other dormitory students.
  10. Do not hammer nails that may damage the walls and fittings of the living room.
  11. If you want to work part-time, please notify the administrator in advance.
  12. The dormitory committee, which is mainly composed of selected dormitory students, manages the dormitory within a certain range determined by the university, participates in solving specific problems in daily life, and decides by consensus of the dormitory students. to comply with the rules.

2) Dormitory students shall maintain and preserve the facilities, equipment, fixtures, etc. of the student dormitory in good condition at all times, and comply with the following:

  1. Do not use or modify facilities, equipment, fixtures, etc. for purposes other than those intended without permission.
  2. If facilities, equipment, fixtures, etc. are lost, damaged, or contaminated intentionally or by negligence, compensation for the expenses required to restore them to their original state.
  3. Follow the instructions of the administration manager regarding fire, theft prevention, and other matters necessary for the management and operation of the student dormitory.
  4. If an infectious disease occurs in the student dormitory, or if there is any suspicion of it, report it immediately.

3) If a dormitory student falls under any of the following, order to leave the dormitory.

  1. When you lose your status as a student of this university.
  2. When the designated period for entering the dormitory has passed and the prescribed continuation procedure has not been completed.
  3. When the dormitory fee is overdue for two months or more.
  4. When you take a long leave of absence.
  5. when disciplinary action is taken;
  6. When there is a significant drop in academic performance.
  7. When it is recognized by a doctor that it is not suitable for communal living due to illness or other health and hygiene reasons.
  8. When there is an act that disturbs the order and morals of the dormitory and causes significant inconvenience to other dormitory students.
  9. When there is an act that violates the rules of dormitory life and seriously interferes with the management and operation of the student dormitory.
