The University's Learning Support Center was established in April 1998 as the first learning support center in Japan.At the time of its founding, it started as an organization consisting of a learning support room, a counseling room, and a health room in order to provide detailed guidance and support for each and every diverse student.

In 2015, the name was changed to the "Study Support Center", and now it consists of a study support room and a media library, and has established a system to support students' autonomous learning from both software and hardware aspects.
